Order Processing:

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Where We Ship From:

Every Stillbelly order ships from our fulfillment center in the United States.

United States:

You'll see two options at checkout:

Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): 2 to 4 business days. $5.95, or FREE on orders over $75.
Express (USPS Priority): 1 to 3 business days. $12.95 flat.

Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your order passes $75.

Please note: we're currently unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We're working on it.

Canada:

Standard (FedEx): 3 to 5 business days. $15 flat.

Orders to Canada ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties or import fees are set by your country and collected on delivery, so they're the customer's responsibility.

Subscriptions:

All U.S. subscription orders ship free, every single time. Canadian subscription orders receive the subscription discount and ship at our standard $15 Canada rate.

Total Delivery Time:

Your total delivery time is our processing window (1 to 5 business days) plus transit. Most U.S. standard orders land within about 3 to 9 business days start to finish. Express and subscription renewals move faster.
