Subscription Cancellation Policy

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize recurring charges at the price and delivery interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Your subscription details are confirmed by email.

You can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel through the subscription management link in your subscription email or by emailing support@stillbelly.com. Please make changes at least 2 business days before your next renewal date to stop the next shipment.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged or accepted for fulfillment. Contact us promptly if you need help with an order in progress.

Eligible orders are covered by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to the terms in our Refund & Returns Policy (the 30% satisfaction refund applies to the first delivery only). Subscription orders receive free standard shipping within our contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C. delivery area; express upgrades are not included.
